Any item which you wish to return needs to be notified within 14 days of the delivery date.  Email info@braddix.ie and include your order number, item to be returned and reason for return.  We will reply with a return reference and advise on how to return items.  Items must be unused and in original packaging.  Restocking fee may apply.  Refunds will be processed within 7 days on receipt of return.  Any custom items, e.g. Chain Slings, which are made to order, are not covered in our returns policy, therefore please ensure that you are ordering correctly.
